Join me for a guided walking workshop through some of the most beautiful and ecologically rich landscapes in the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog).
We'll begin above Llangattock and walk into the Craig y Cilau National Nature Reserve, returning over the moorland above (weather and time permitting). Along the way, we'll explore a range of habitats including limestone grassland and crags, ancient woodland, raised bog, and open moor.
Expect to discover lichens, mosses, ferns, and wildflowers—each with its own story to tell. We'll listen out for bird song and uncover natural features that will enrich your own storytelling when leading.
This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and inspiration that you can bring back to your own groups. I hope you can join us!
We'll be on the hill all day, so come prepared, in hillwalking gear, for the prevailing conditions, with a packed lunch and a drink.
